

Welcome to our Barefoot Fitness program. This is operated separately from our Martial Arts Memberships so you can get involved in just this program if you are not wishing to learn from our Martial Arts program.

The concept of Barefoot Fitness is to offer classes that are using all areas of the body for a holistic approach. Seeing your fitness and strength improve through the best proven fitness programs of HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training. This system allows you to work hard for a short burst and rest before the next round and focuses on improving your overall fitness, strength and health.

Classes are offered to all - you don't have to be ultra fit or strong to get involved as each exercise is individually targeted and can be tailored to your own abilities.

You don't have to be fit to start, but you have to start to be fit!
